Antisemitism is often called "the world's oldest hate", but when it appears in the workplace, most people don't even notice it. That's largely because most people misunderstand Jewish identity, which means most people also misunderstand what antisemitism is, making it harder to spot.

Support for ‘Talking About Antisemitism’ has been provided by Project Shema as part of broader efforts to “Shine a Light” on antisemitism. Named after the Hebrew word which means “to listen”, “to hear”, or “to understand”, Project Shema works to deepen understanding across communal lines by providing social justice centered antisemitism education for DEIB professionals and their organizations.
